Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Little Foxes Forest School will issue you with a refund if an activity is cancelled by us. If you cancel with 14 days notice, we will issue with a credit on your account to be used in future, minus an administration fee. If you cancel with fewer than 14 days notice, we will unfortunately only be able to credit your account if we can resell the space.. Please refrain from bringing your child to Little Foxes if they are unwell or if they have had any vomiting/ diarrhoea in the preceding 48 hours.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change. If you child does not have an up to date tetanus vaccination, you will be required to sign the relevant waiver form.
Little Foxes Forest School or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should your preference change.
